The newest advance in chemiluminescent HRP detection

All chemiluminescent HRP antibody detection reagents are essentially identical: 2 reagents (peroxide and enhancer) are provided in separate bottles with instructions to mix together immediately before use; any excess must be discarded. As soon as the two reagents are mixed, the mixture begins deteriorating. Now Denville Scientific has come up with a better way. We have developed an advanced sprayer which mixes Reagent A and Reagent B at the moment they are applied to the blot. The result: Instant synchronized mixing of the two reagents; no deterioration of the mixture; and no waste. No manual mixing. No measuring. No loss of sensitivity (detect down to 1pg of antigen). The chemiluminescent signal can then be detected on autoradiography film such as HyBlot CL.

Each kit contains 2 x 250ml reagent bottles with spray device.
