Shipping & Returns
Shipping charges are pre-paid and added to your invoice. Shipping terms are F.O.B. warehouse or point of manufacture. We ship by
the most efficient and economical means available. We will ship to you via ground or, if you need speedy delivery, your order will be
shipped by FedEx overnight or second day delivery. Your cost will vary depending on the method of shipment and the weight of your shipment.
Extra charges will apply for perishable and hazardous goods
Return Goods Policy: Unauthorized returns are not accepted. A 15% restocking charge is applied to returns on correctly filled orders.
If there has been a shipping error on our part, no restocking fee will be applied. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Return transportation must be borne by the customer unless there is an error on our part. If you would like to return an item please
contact Customer Service at Bio-Resource.
Note: If a Boca Reward has already been redeemed on the basis of a sale, and then the product sold is to be returned, this can only
be done for credit and not for refund.
Warranties and Liabilities
Our products are intended for laboratory use. We will replace any defective products at no cost to you. We will honor the manufacturer's
warranty. Product data listed on our site is correct and reliable to the best of our knowledge and belief. Bio-Resource accepts no
responsibility for any damages arising from the use of its products.
